Meet Heather! Heather has been a Spoons team member since 2013 and is the Assistant Manager at the Campus West location. Heather is currently in school perusing a career as a Dental Assistant. Heather’s favorite item on the menu is the chipotle chicken sandwich. Next time your in Campus West say hello!

Meet Fran! She has been a Spoons team member since 2013 and is the Assistant Manager at the Harmony location. Fran has earned her bachelor’s degree from CSU in biological anthropology and currently working toward a nursing degree. When she is not working you can find her hiking, running, traveling, cooking or reading! Fran’s favorite item on the menu is the cranberry feta salad! Come on in and say hello!

Meet Sonya & Alli , our management duo at the LSC! Sonya & Alli have both been Spoons team members since 2013. Sonya is a full time Manager and a full time student at CSU majoring in Recreation and Tourism and minoring in Sustainability and Business. Alli is our Assistant Manager and is a student studying Radiology. We are proud of how well these busy ladies balance school and work and take care of you, the customers!

Meet Liz Lubke! Liz has been a Spoons team member since 2014 and is the Assistant Manager at the Old Town location. Liz has earned her bachelor’s degree in Dance and has a Certification in Comprehensive Pilates. She is one of our most active employees and emulates the healthy lifestyle Spoons is all about! When she is not working you can find her dancing, cooking, sewing or teaching Pilates! She loves teaching Pilates because she wants to help other people experience what she has through Pilates, a pain-free healthier life. Pilates has allowed her to keep dancing by continually renewing her body.
