Cafe Ardour will be catering for this upcoming event! Music, organic/delicious goodies, and some familiar faces can be found at the University Center for the Arts (the old Fort Collins High School on Remmington) at 7:30 pm in the Organ Recital Hall on Monday April 6th!

What are Fridays without Stevie Ray Vaughn and an ice cold latte paired with a couple ginger sparkle cookies? Treat yourself! You deserve it :).

WELCOME SAM! Our newest bada** baker! He's been conjuring up some fabulous baked goods right and left at the cafe. You don't wanna miss the masterpieces of this Minneapolis native.
Like many of our baristas and bakers, Sam has moved around the Midwest and Western soils. He's studying Environmental Sciencey stuff (for exact details, come in and ask Sam!) @ CSU and is an avid lover of literature and composes short stories in his free time. Kerouac, Burroughs, and Bukowski are just a few of his favorites. :)
You can't live in Fort Collins without the necessary need for the outdoors, whether by bike or by foot, Sam adores both.

So come in and check out the new faces of the Cafe!!! Maybe he'll spout some prose as you take a buttery bite of his delicious baked goods. ;)

Meet Deb! One of our fabulously talented new baristas. Since 1999, Deb has been whipping up glorious espresso drinks around the country. Although Memphis born, Deb has resided a few places in particular.
In Lincoln, NE she owned a coffee shop named Jones Coffee (now Cultiva). Then moved back to the (awesome) state of Wisconsin to get down in some more coffee slangin around the city of Madison.
She enjoys hiking and riding bikes. Perfect for Fort Collins, I'd say! She's got two handsome boys named Jonah (13) and Austin (6). Beware of these two future heartbreakers ;). ♥

Today's "Meet Your Baristas/Bakers" post features the wondrous Barista, Isabella. We can't get enough of her and her fabulous drink making skillzz.
As a Fort Collins native, this lady exudes all the beauty and strength of a Western woman. She's also lived and worked in Seattle for a couple years but, luckily, for our sake, returned.
Her abilities don't just lie in concocting amazing drinks, she also is pursuing a degree in Cosmetology!
She's recently become engaged and has a sweet Pitbull named Clover that she loves hiking with. (See picture below :))

It's "Meet You're Baristas/Bakers Week" @ Cafe Ardour!

Lydia's traveled from her frozen tundra home of M'waukee, Wiscaansin to pursue a Master's in Cello Performance at CSU and to serve delicious java to all. She hopes to create her own large cello studio, build a tiny house, and have a small garden with goats and chickens.

Favorite Cafe Ardour lunch item: Sesame Bagel with Goat Cheese, Arugula, Cucumbers, and Roasted Red Peppers. Don't forget the cracked pepper!!!

Favorite Cafe Ardour drink: Green Smoothie!!!
