It's BBQ event season! The Rock'n Western Rendezvous at The Ranch in Loveland is this weekend. Some of the world's best BBQers will be in town to compete in the $35,000 BBQ competition festival there. It's sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbecue Society, and is the largest competition purse on the west coast. And we're going to be there! Sampling is from 1-3pm each day of the festival.

How long has it been since your taste buds have been truly tantelized? If the answer is too long, come on into the Rainbow and we can help! We have a lovely chilled pasta salad for our special today. We start with pasta and toss it with sunflower seeds, green cabbage, craisins, broccoli, red peppers, celery, red onions and apples. We serve it with a blended sesame miso dressing.
