Some of you have asked! So here you go!Luke the Brave's Green Machine Smoothie Recipe:-1 cup frozen organic tropical fruit blend (mango-pineapple-peach-strawberry from costco - only a couple of strawberries to make sure it's green!)-1 frozen banana (or more-broken in pieces)-1 cup non-fat organic milk (or in Luke's case whole fat) or enough milk to cover fruit in blender- 1/2 cup plain low fat organic greek yogurt - (in luke's case - one with 23 grams of protein)- 1/2-1 cup organic spinach - 1/2-1 cup organic kale -BLEND on HIGH until green leafy veggies disappear, and the blended smoothie creates a "whirlpool" effect at the top-900 watt blender or above is the key to making the greens blend well-works great with just 1 whole apple and 1 whole bananas as well!
