The truth is, after nearly 2 months of having this option, we’re not a reader-supported resource. We’re an advertising-supported resource. So your patronage with them is essential.

Well, word is officially out (and you saw it if you're following Feasting Fort Collins on Twitter).

Guy Fieri and Food Network are here today filming at Restaurant 415.

It looks like I may be a guest speaker giving a presentation on how to write peer reviews (like on Trip Advisor, Yelp, Urbanspoon, whatever other platform you write community reviews on...).

What do you want to see people do better on when it comes to these types of reviews?

Not only had The Food Network decided to make their way through Fort Collins, but so has The Travel Channel. Fat Shack was filmed for an episode, airing tonight at 8:00pm.

Nick's Homestyle has landed themselves as one of my favorite new dining spots because of the high quality of so many dishes, particularly pasta and salads. I’ve been dreaming about them ever since my first bite and can’t wait to come back. They’re special enough that I’ve been immediately converted as a devout follower.

Have you been seeing what's coming up on Feasting Fort Collins on Instagram? The last few days have been about pasta, pizza, and house made desserts.

As always, my review schedules don't go as planned 100% of the time because something pops up last minute - like another media tasting for a newer restaurant.

The eating spree begins so that the review goes up before then! Nick's Homestyle review will publish tomorrow morning, and then you can follow along on Instagram for the media tasting photos tomorrow night.

As a reminder, media tastings are *not* reviews. Media tastings are not reflective of a true dining experience. There will be no additional posts on the blog about the restaurant after the review publishes (unless it's an Eat Of The Week or a regular post series). However, you can see what else is on the menu and additional commentary from the tasting on Instagram.

Well, this is something new from Facebook. There's a response percentage rating for page admins, letting you know if they respond to your messages.

I can't find this on any other page except Feasting Fort Collins, and it says I respond to 100% of messages sent to me. True! Send me a message on Facebook, an email, a DM on Twitter, anything - and you'll get a response. If you don't, it means I honestly didn't get it.

Starting right....now! We have a Sip Of The Week along with the Eat Of The Week. Just to keep things better organized on the blog.

And today we have one of my favorite places in Fort Collins as the first real Sip Of The Week. You have to hang out on the patio at Coppermuse Distillery and try their tasting flight. And their other cocktails because they are all fabulous.

The Sunday Table Talk is out for you! There's A LOT that has been added to the coming soon list. Not all of it is Fort Collins though, as many operations are looking to surrounding cities due to our limited space and high lease rates.

But, there are a few new places for FoCo - another distillery, a bakery, and mobile pizzeria.
