Today's special is a grilled cheese sandwich, only fancier! We start with home made foccaccia bread and fill it with seitan, Swiss cheese, Chipotle sauce, red onion, tomatoes and arugula. Next we grill it to perfections and serve it with a chopped veggie salad in a sesame dressing. Mmmmm! Jim approves!

Basically, it all just comes down to bacon.

Good morning and Happy Donut Day my dearest donut supporters. I am sad to report that we have decided to close our little donut business down. A number of factors have contributed to this decision, the largest of which has been the chronic sleep deprivation that has accumulated over the last four months. Super hard on the family and myself - and a very serious and dangerous problem.
